Art and Photography students visited to the Tate Modern then walked along the south bank of the Thames to take in the graffiti and skate area under Denys Lasdun’s National Theatre. They then went to the National Portrait Gallery before being collected by coach.
Graphics and Product Design students visited the V & A to work from illustration resources and to view the fantastic ‘Power of Making’ exhibition. Product Designers went on to the Science Museum before heading on a brief visit to Harrods.
The students were enriching their studies by visiting inspirational exhibits as well as collecting information to help with specific units of study. We were very fortunate with the traffic conditions and made a prompt return to school at 6.30pm. Many thanks to all the students who attended and for making the annual trip such a success.
