Apart from the extortionate food prices inside Olympia, that lead some students to escape to Pizza Express, students gained a real insight into the huge range of business opportunities available and the support that is in place to help businesses to get a foothold in the market.
It became clear that app-based business is a hugely progressive area and the ‘going global’ concept is an area that businesses can no longer ignore if they wish to remain cost effective.
Students took advantage to listen to a huge range of guest speakers covering all aspects, whilst gathering as many freebies as possible. The experience is something that will be invaluable to them when putting together applications for higher education.
