As part of their training Sam Baker and Jake Eastwood, in Year 12, have had the opportunity to fly to Poland on Wednesday 16th March and visit Auschwitz concentration camp.
Sam Baker commented
‘Going to Auschwitz epitomises everything you expect and more. Walking through the museum re-humanises the Holocaust whereby you appreciate those people’s lives on an individual level. You understand what they have lost and the struggles they faced’.
