Post Results Services Information
With updated guidance around social distancing we have taken the decision that unless anything changes, we will be holding results day in school. Where you wish to be accompanied by a member of family we are asking that you limit this to one person.

When you arrive at school please follow the signage and adhere to our social distancing guidelines.

Please be advised that if a student is unable to pick up their exam results then they should:

• View them on MyHighcliffe from 10am if no other person will be picking them up
• Notify, in writing/email by the student, if they wish another person to collect their results on their behalf. This must be received by the Exams Officer before the end of the summer term by letter or email to exams@highcliffeschool.com
• The nominated person collecting results MUST provide some photo ID
• No results can be given out by telephone under any circumstances

A Level and KS5 Results Day - Thursday 13th August

8am-9am: Early results available in IT4

9am-10am: Results Collection onsite by all students

10am: Results published to MyHighcliffe

We will also be running our Future Pathway/UCAS results support in IT4 from 8am.

GCSE Results Day - Thursday 20th August

Due to the size of the year group we need to split the collection up into two groups.

9:00am – Tutor groups 11.1 to 11.4

9:30am – Tutor groups 11.5 to 11.9

10:00am – Results published to MyHighcliffe
External students should email a photo of exam result slips (including your name on the result slip photos) to office@highcliffesixth.com.

On GCSE results day we will be running an advice surgery from 9:30am – 2:00pm and on Friday 21^st August 8:00am – 1pm

Friday 4^th September

Year 7 First Day arrival by 8:35am

Year 12 Induction Day 9 am Start in the hall. Finish 1.30 pm. Programme to be sent out via e-mail when students confirm their place.

Late Sixth Form Advice Surgery 1pm – 3pm – by appointment only in the Sixth Form Study Centre - for any outstanding enquiries.

Monday 7th September
Years 7-11 in school.



Tuesday 8th September
Year 13 curriculum starts with an assembly in the Hall at 8.35am
