Harvey entered the competition, independently researching and selecting his recipe. From this he was selected as one of six finalists for the Dorset area, competing in this on Thursday 23rd June.
Harvey's dish was Roasted poussin, white beans, wild mushrooms, parsley oil, thyme and garlic.
The panel of judges selected him as the winner of the Dorset
heat and now progresses to the regional final in October at Exeter college.
Prior to this he will be mentored by a local chef to ensure his dish is the
best it can be.
