Important: Awarding bodies strongly advise candidates and/or their centres to inform their university or college choices that a review of results has been requested. By informing them, they may be able to keep the candidate’s place open until the review has been completed. An awarding body will not inform UCAS or others that a review of marking has been requested. However, it will advise UCAS of any grade change arising from a review. Full details on the guidance provided by UCAS may be found at:

Which service do I want?
Frequently Asked Questions
A Higher Education place is at stake – which service shall I use?
You should apply for a Priority Service 2 review of marking. You only have until 11:00 AM on 24th August to request a Priority Service 2 ROR. Please note that you cannot ask for a priority copy of the script.
I just want to see the candidate’s script and do not want a review of the marking
You should request scripts to support teaching and learning.
I want to see a script to decide whether to have its marking reviewed
You should ask for a priority copy of the script to support a review of marking.
If I ask for the return of a script (not a copy) can I use that to decide whether or not to have the marking reviewed?
No. Firstly, awarding bodies do not despatch scripts to support teaching and learning until after the deadline for review of results. Secondly, where an original hard copy script is in the centre’s possession, its security is compromised and it cannot then be accepted for a review of marking.
I want to see a script after it has undergone a review of the original marking
You should request Service 2 (a mark review) or Priority Service 2 (a priority mark review) and make sure that you request a copy when submitting your request. The script will be reviewed and the copy sent to you when the service is completed. It is strongly recommended that you do not ask for a review of marking, and then separately ask for the return of the script to support teaching and learning.
PLEASE NOTE: WE WILL NOT BE ABLE TO ACCEPT REQUESTS FOR ANY SERVICES IF WE RECEIVE THEM AFTER THE DEADLINE, WE DO NOT HAVE WRITTEN CONSENT OR ANY APPLICABLE FEES HAVE NOT BEEN PAID.
